- Develop and implement comprehensive workforce planning strategies aligned with organizational goals and healthcare industry requirements
- Leverage manpower analytics to forecast staffing needs, identify talent gaps, and optimize resource allocation
- Lead HR digital transformation initiatives, including the implementation of advanced HRIS and workforce management systems
- Manage strategic projects that enhance workforce efficiency, engagement, and retention
- Analyze workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure workforce strategies support business objectives
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of workforce planning initiatives and adjust strategies as needed
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies in workforce planning and HR analytics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in workforce planning, HR analytics, or related HR functions
- Proven experience in healthcare workforce planning or HR digital transformation initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex workforce data and derive actionable insights
- Experience with HR information systems, workforce management software, and data visualization tools
- Project management experience with a track record of successfully implementing HR initiatives
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information to stakeholders
- Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations, compliance requirements, and workforce challenges
