We are currently seeking a visionary and strategic Manager System Management to join our Good Corporate Governance (GCG) team in Jakarta Utara. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing management systems that drive operational efficiency, ensure regulatory compliance, and uphold the highest standards of corporate governance.
As our Manager of System Management, you will act as a bridge between high-level strategic objectives and ground-level operational processes. You will lead cross-functional initiatives to refine business workflows, enhance internal controls, and integrate best-in-class management frameworks. We are looking for a professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about building scalable, sustainable, and transparent organizational systems.
Tanggung Jawab
- Design and maintain robust management systems aligned with Good Corporate Governance (GCG) standards and international best practices.
- Lead the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) across various business units to improve operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular internal audits and system assessments to identify gaps, risks, and areas for performance optimization.
- Collaborate with department heads to integrate GCG principles into daily operational workflows and strategic planning.
- Monitor compliance with local regulations and internal policies, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Manage system documentation and ensure that all stakeholders are trained on updated protocols and governance frameworks.
- Drive continuous improvement projects by leveraging data analytics to track system performance and organizational KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in System Management, Corporate Governance, or Quality Assurance/Operational Excellence.
- Deep understanding of ISO standards, risk management frameworks, and internal control structures.
- Proven track record in managing organizational change and implementing complex business systems.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional proficiency in English.
