- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies for hospitality/F&B clients
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs and position requirements
- Optimize candidate experience while ensuring compliance with labor regulations
- Utilize ATS platforms and recruitment analytics to track KPIs and improve efficiency
- Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance company visibility in the hospitality sector
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, with 2+ years in hospitality/F&B
- Proven track record in managing full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior roles
- Strong expertise in candidate sourcing, including passive talent acquisition techniques
- Advanced proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Deep understanding of Singapore's labor laws and industry-specific compliance
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
