Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, with 2+ years in hospitality/F&B
  • Proven track record in managing full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior roles
  • Strong expertise in candidate sourcing, including passive talent acquisition techniques
  • Advanced proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
  • Deep understanding of Singapore's labor laws and industry-specific compliance
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
