- Lead end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines for critical hospitality roles
- Collaborate with department heads to define staffing needs and hiring priorities
- Optimize recruitment technologies and employer branding initiatives
- Manage recruitment team performance and mentor junior recruiters
- Ensure compliance with Singapore's employment regulations and industry standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 6+ years in talent acquisition with 3+ years in management role
- Deep expertise in hospitality industry recruitment dynamics
- Advanced proficiency in ATS platforms and recruitment analytics
- Strong network of hospitality professionals and industry connections
- Proven success in scaling recruitment operations across multiple locations
- Certifications in HR or talent acquisition (e.g., CIPD, SHRM-SCP) preferred
