S P Setia is seeking a dynamic Manager, Talent Development to join our team in Setia Alam, Selangor. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive talent development strategies that align with our business objectives.
In this critical role, you will oversee end-to-end talent development processes, including learning initiatives, leadership development programs, and HR business partner support. You will collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps, design targeted interventions, and measure the impact of development programs on employee performance and business outcomes.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent development strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Design and execute learning initiatives, leadership development programs, and upskilling opportunities
- Partner with HR business partners and department heads to identify talent gaps and development needs
- Manage the end-to-end talent development lifecycle, including needs assessment, program design, delivery, and evaluation
- Lead the development and maintenance of competency frameworks and career paths for employees
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure development programs are relevant and impactful
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of talent development initiatives using key metrics
- Stay current with industry trends in talent development and bring innovative solutions to the organization
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 8 years of experience in talent development, learning and development, or HR business partner roles
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful talent development programs
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and various delivery methods
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Experience with learning management systems and HR analytics tools
- Strategic thinking with the ability to align talent initiatives with business objectives
