Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of Talent Development programs and leadership curriculum.
- Drive Organisational Development initiatives to enhance workforce culture, engagement, and adaptability.
- Oversee the performance management cycle, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and providing coaching support to managers.
- Identify and nurture high-potential talent through succession planning and career pathing initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to diagnose talent needs and design targeted interventions.
- Measure the impact of development programs through data analytics and stakeholder feedback.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organisational Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, or Organisational Development.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing change management strategies in a large corporate setting.
- Strong understanding of performance management frameworks and competency modeling.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Relevant professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD) are a strong advantage.
