We are now recruiting a dedicated Manager, Tengah General and Community Hospital (Administration and Ancillary) to join our dynamic HR leadership team. In this strategic leadership position, you will oversee the administration and ancillary services, ensuring seamless operations and high-quality service delivery. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the Administration and Ancillary departments to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the strategic goals of Tengah General Hospital.
- Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, and retention initiatives to support organizational growth.
- Manage vendor relationships and service level agreements for ancillary services.
- Implement health, safety, and security protocols to maintain a compliant environment.
- Drive operational efficiency and process improvement across all administrative functions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in healthcare administration or HR management.
- Proven track record of leadership experience in a fast-paced, large-scale healthcare setting.
- Strong project management skills with experience in setting up new facilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Deep understanding of Singapore’s healthcare regulations and standards.
