Join the National Gallery Singapore as a Manager (Tours & Volunteer Management) and play a pivotal role in shaping our visitor experience through innovative tour offerings and a dedicated volunteer program. As a key member of our Visitor Experience team, you will collaborate with curatorial, education, and marketing departments to ensure our tour offerings align with current exhibitions and educational objectives. You will also oversee the recruitment, training, and recognition of volunteers, creating a supportive environment that encourages growth and engagement.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic tour programs that enhance visitor engagement and align with Gallery exhibitions and educational objectives
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of tour guides and volunteers, ensuring high-quality delivery of tours and visitor services
- Create and maintain volunteer recruitment strategies, onboarding processes, and ongoing development programs
- Collaborate with curatorial, education, and marketing teams to develop innovative tour content and experiences
- Monitor and evaluate tour programs and volunteer performance, implementing improvements based on feedback and analytics
- Develop and manage the departmental budget for tours and volunteer programs
- Stay current with best practices in tour management, visitor experience, and volunteer engagement in the cultural sector
- Represent the Gallery at industry events and build partnerships with relevant organizations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Arts Management, Museum Studies, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in tour management, volunteer coordination, or visitor services in a cultural institution
- Proven track record in leading and developing teams, with strong people management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Experience in developing and implementing strategic programs and initiatives
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of Singapore's arts and cultural landscape is highly desirable
- Proficiency in relevant software and systems for tour scheduling, volunteer management, and data analysis
