Join PT TECH PACKING INDONESIA as a Manager Warehouse and Delivery and lead our logistics operations to excellence. This critical role oversees end-to-end warehouse management and delivery coordination, ensuring seamless supply chain execution. You'll drive operational efficiency, optimize inventory systems, and lead a dynamic team to achieve cost reduction targets while maintaining service excellence. As a contract position with clear growth pathways, you'll have the opportunity to implement innovative logistics solutions and contribute to our expanding manufacturing operations in Cikarang. The ideal candidate will balance strategic oversight with hands-on problem-solving to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and order fulfillment
- Manage and mentor warehouse/delivery teams to ensure performance targets are met
- Optimize logistics processes to reduce costs while improving delivery accuracy and speed
- Coordinate with transportation partners for efficient route planning and on-time deliveries
- Implement safety protocols and maintain compliance with warehouse regulations
- Monitor KPIs and generate performance reports for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with procurement and production teams to align inventory strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years warehouse management experience with team leadership
- Strong knowledge of inventory systems and logistics software (WMS, TMS)
- Proven track record in cost reduction and process optimization
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Valid forklift operation certification preferred
- Experience in manufacturing or FMCG industry
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
