You will be responsible for managing the entire client lifecycle, from initial consultation and needs assessment to final delivery and follow-up. Tanggung Jawab
- Act as the primary point of contact for Mandarin-speaking clients, managing all correspondence professionally and efficiently.
- Facilitate clear communication between clients and internal creative teams to ensure project requirements are fully understood.
- Lead client negotiations regarding ad placements, budgets, and campaign adjustments to secure favorable terms.
- Oversee daily operational tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing administrative data entry.
- Resolve client concerns and operational bottlenecks promptly to maintain smooth workflow and high satisfaction levels.
- Prepare and review contract documents and service agreements for accuracy before submission.
- Maintain organized records of all client interactions and project updates to ensure easy reference.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as an Account Coordinator or Account Executive, preferably within the advertising or promotions industry.
- Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin (fluent in speaking, reading, and writing) and English.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated focus on client satisfaction.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software is preferred.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a professional demeanor.
