Join NCS Consultant Indonesia as a Mandarin Accounting Manager and drive financial excellence in our dynamic Jakarta-based team. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead full-cycle accounting operations including GL, AP/AR, and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and international accounting standards
- Manage Mandarin-speaking accounting team and cross-departmental communications
- Prepare monthly/yearly financial statements for executive leadership
- Oversee budgeting processes and variance analysis
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities
- Implement accounting controls and process improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with 5+ years management experience
- Fluent Mandarin and English (verbal/written)
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Proven leadership in multicultural accounting teams
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- Ability to relocate to Bekasi in early 2027
