Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide administrative support including document preparation, scheduling, and record management
  • Act as primary language interpreter between Mandarin-speaking clients and Indonesian staff
  • Translate business documents, emails, and communications accurately
  • Assist in client meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action items
  • Manage office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement processes
  • Handle incoming communications professionally in both Mandarin and Indonesian
  • Support team coordination and cross-departmental communication

Kualifikasi

  • Fluency in Mandarin and Indonesian (both written and spoken)
  • Minimum 1-2 years of administrative or assistant experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
