We are seeking a highly skilled Mandarin Business Translator to bridge communication gaps between Mandarin-speaking clients and our Jakarta-based operations. This role requires exceptional bilingual proficiency and business acumen to facilitate seamless cross-cultural interactions. You will be responsible for translating complex business documents, facilitating real-time communications in meetings, and providing crucial administrative support to ensure smooth business operations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Translate business documents, contracts, emails, and reports between Mandarin and Indonesian
- Provide real-time interpretation during business meetings, conferences, and negotiations
- Act as a cultural liaison to facilitate understanding between Mandarin and Indonesian stakeholders
- Prepare bilingual business materials including presentations, proposals, and marketing content
- Assist in client relationship management by ensuring clear and professional communication
- Manage administrative tasks related to cross-border business operations
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of sensitive business information
Kualifikasi
- Native or bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and Indonesian (written and spoken)
- Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of professional translation experience in business contexts
- Deep understanding of business etiquette and cultural nuances in both cultures
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in translations
- Proficiency with translation software and CAT tools
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
