In this role, you will act as a primary point of contact for policyholders, providing professional support and guidance regarding their life insurance products. Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound inquiries from life insurance policyholders with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide accurate information regarding policy coverage, claims status, and premium payments.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Update and maintain customer account details accurately in the internal CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex policy-related queries.
- Adhere to strict company compliance and data privacy regulations while handling sensitive information.
- Meet or exceed established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to call quality and resolution time.
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory; English and Malay proficiency is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Banking, or Insurance sectors.
- Strong background as a former insurance agent or bank teller is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a patient and empathetic approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and CRM software.
- Willingness to work on a rotational shift basis if required by the project.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
