Ming Sui Solusi Indonesia, a leading e-commerce solutions provider, is looking for a dynamic and fluent Mandarin-speaking Ecommerce Live Operator to drive our live selling initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for hosting engaging live streaming sessions on platforms like Shopee, Tokopedia, and Lazada, presenting our diverse product range directly to consumers in Mandarin. Your ability to connect with the audience, showcase products effectively, and handle real-time interactions will be crucial in boosting our online sales and brand presence.
As a key member of our marketing team, you will work closely with content creators and product managers to plan and execute live events that align with promotional campaigns. You will also monitor live session analytics, gather customer feedback, and continuously improve the live shopping experience. Tanggung Jawab
- Host live streaming sessions on e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, and Lazada
- Present products in an engaging and persuasive manner in Mandarin
- Interact with viewers in real-time, answer questions, and encourage purchases
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop scripts and strategies for live sales
- Analyze live session performance metrics and suggest improvements
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, promotions, and market trends
- Build and nurture a loyal customer base through authentic and interactive engagement
- Assist in post-live activities including order processing, customer follow-up, and feedback collection
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Mandarin (both verbal and written) is mandatory
- Prior experience as a live host or operator in e-commerce is preferred
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable and confident working in front of a camera and engaging with a live audience
- Familiarity with major Indonesian e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada)
- Strong sales acumen and ability to drive conversions
- Available for full-time work in Jakarta Utara
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required
