Tanggung Jawab
- Perform accurate and timely translation of documents, emails, and correspondence between Mandarin and English.
- Interpret verbal communication during meetings, client calls, and site visits to ensure clarity.
- Assist in the translation of shipping documents, contracts, and logistics-related materials.
- Proofread and edit translated texts to ensure grammatical accuracy and cultural appropriateness.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to understand technical terminology and context.
- Manage translation requests to ensure all deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Act as a liaison for Chinese-speaking clients, addressing inquiries and providing support.
Kualifikasi
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (native or near-native proficiency).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in translation or interpretation.
- Previous experience in the logistics, freight forwarding, or cargo services industry is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional listening skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and translation software tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
