Mitra Prodin is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Mandarin Interpreter to join our team in Bali. In this role, you will act as a vital link between our Mandarin-speaking partners and the local team. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate, nuanced, and professional communication across various settings. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide accurate verbal interpretation between Mandarin and Indonesian (and/or English) in various business contexts.
- Assist in translating written documents, emails, and reports to ensure clear organizational communication.
- Facilitate meetings, training sessions, and site tours by providing real-time interpretation services.
- Support cross-departmental coordination by acting as a liaison between local staff and international stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times when handling sensitive information.
- Support administrative tasks and project-based assignments as required by management.
- Ensure terminology consistency across all verbal and written communications.
Kualifikasi
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply; prior experience is a plus but not required.
- Proficiency in Mandarin (HSK Level 5 or above equivalent is preferred) and fluent in Indonesian.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both target languages.
- Ability to interpret complex information accurately and maintain composure in professional settings.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new industry-specific terminology.
- Good proficiency in basic office software (MS Office/Google Workspace).
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Bali.
