Tanggung Jawab
- Facilitate real-time interpretation between Mandarin and Indonesian during engineering meetings, discussions, and presentations
- Translate technical documents, manuals, and specifications from Mandarin to Indonesian and vice versa
- Assist in communication between Mandarin-speaking engineers and local staff regarding technical issues and project requirements
- Support cross-cultural understanding by explaining cultural nuances and business etiquette
- Participate in training sessions to enhance technical vocabulary specific to the engineering domain
- Prepare meeting summaries and documentation in both languages as required
- Act as a cultural liaison to ensure smooth collaboration between international and local teams
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and spoken)
- Open to fresh graduates with language proficiency and willingness to learn
- Basic understanding of engineering terminology and manufacturing processes
