Join PT Bellavira Aesthetic Clinic as a Mandarin Interpreter and become a vital bridge between Mandarin-speaking clients and our professional medical team. In this full-time role, you'll facilitate seamless communication during consultations, procedures, and client interactions, ensuring our international clients receive exceptional service while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism. Our aesthetic clinic values cultural sensitivity and precise language support to deliver transformative experiences to a diverse clientele. You'll work directly with our owner, management, doctors, and staff to optimize operational efficiency and enhance client satisfaction through accurate interpretation of medical terminology, treatment plans, and administrative processes. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide real-time interpretation between Mandarin and Indonesian during client consultations, treatments, and follow-up appointments
- Translate medical documents, consent forms, and clinic materials accurately while maintaining confidentiality
- Facilitate effective communication between Mandarin-speaking clients and medical professionals
- Assist in resolving language barriers during client onboarding and service delivery
- Support cross-cultural communication training for clinic staff
- Maintain detailed records of interpretation services and client interactions
- Collaborate with management to improve client experience through language support initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Mandarin (native or equivalent) and Indonesian (professional proficiency)
- Minimum 2 years of professional interpretation experience, preferably in medical or aesthetic settings
- Strong understanding of medical terminology related to aesthetic procedures
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport in cross-cultural contexts
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in linguistics or translation preferred
- Professional demeanor and ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Proficiency in digital communication tools and documentation systems
