Tanggung Jawab
- Provide professional Mandarin-English translation and interpretation services for business communications, meetings, and documents
- Act as primary liaison between Mandarin-speaking partners and internal departments to ensure operational alignment
- Support administrative functions including scheduling, correspondence, and documentation in Mandarin
- Facilitate cross-cultural communication through accurate linguistic mediation and cultural context awareness
- Maintain and update multilingual records and databases for international operations
- Coordinate logistics for international meetings and communications involving Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
- Assist in developing internal protocols for Mandarin-language business communications
Kualifikasi
- Native or professional-level fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) with certification preferred
- Proficiency in English with strong business communication skills
- Minimum 2 years experience in administrative, translation, or customer support roles
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation handling
- Ability to work effectively in multicultural environments with cultural sensitivity
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and digital communication tools
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Experience in international business operations or cross-cultural coordination preferred
