Tanggung Jawab
- Facilitate real-time translation between Mandarin, English, and Indonesian for clients and internal teams
- Support marketing operations by creating Mandarin-language promotional materials and campaign content
- Manage administrative documentation, scheduling, and record-keeping for Mandarin-speaking projects
- Coordinate cross-departmental communication to ensure operational efficiency
- Assist in client onboarding and relationship management for Mandarin-speaking partners
- Prepare bilingual reports and presentations for executive stakeholders
- Maintain organized filing systems for Mandarin-language correspondence
Kualifikasi
- Native or fluent Mandarin language proficiency with exceptional written and verbal skills
- Minimum 2 years experience in administrative or customer support roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Basic understanding of logistics or cargo industry operations preferred
