Tanggung Jawab
- Handle customer inquiries and support via various channels (email, chat, social media) in Mandarin.
- Assist in the translation and localization of product listings and marketing materials.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the Chinese-speaking demographic.
- Collaborate with the sales team to close deals and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Process orders and manage returns or exchanges efficiently.
- Monitor customer feedback to improve service quality and product offerings.
Kualifikasi
- Fluent in Mandarin and proficient in English (both written and verbal).
- Previous experience in E-commerce, customer service, or sales is preferred.
- Strong understanding of online shopping platforms and digital marketing.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on cultural sensitivity.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
