We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with strong Mandarin language skills to oversee our e-commerce platforms, ensuring seamless operations across all digital touchpoints. In this role, you'll be responsible for optimizing the customer journey, analyzing market trends, and implementing strategies to drive online sales and growth.
As a key member of our marketing and communications team, you'll work closely with cross-functional departments to develop and execute e-commerce strategies that resonate with our target audience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital commerce and the ability to navigate both Indonesian and Chinese e-commerce landscapes effectively.

- Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms to enhance user experience and drive conversions
- Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking customers and stakeholders
- Analyze e-commerce data and market trends to inform strategic decisions
- Coordinate with marketing team to develop targeted campaigns for Chinese market
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics team for seamless order fulfillment
- Implement SEO best practices to improve online visibility and search rankings
- Collaborate with product team to ensure accurate product listings and descriptions
- Regularly report on e-commerce performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Mandarin language (both written and spoken)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and metrics
- Familiarity with Indonesian and Chinese e-commerce platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
