Join PT Lehe Foods Indonesia Trading as a Mandarin Speaker Supply Chain Operations Supervisor and lead our dynamic warehouse operations for fresh goods supply chain. This pivotal role requires you to optimize inventory management, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure seamless logistics coordination while leveraging your Mandarin language proficiency to bridge communication gaps with international suppliers and partners. You will implement lean warehouse practices, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise daily warehouse operations for fresh goods supply chain, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
- Coordinate Mandarin-speaking team members and international stakeholders to optimize inventory control and order fulfillment
- Implement and maintain efficient warehouse management systems (WMS) for real-time inventory tracking
- Develop and execute operational plans to minimize waste, reduce costs, and improve delivery timelines
- Conduct regular performance audits and implement corrective actions for operational bottlenecks
- Manage cross-functional relationships with procurement, logistics, and quality assurance teams
- Train and mentor warehouse staff on SOPs, safety protocols, and Mandarin communication standards
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) and English with professional communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in warehouse/supply chain operations, preferably in fresh goods or FMCG
- Proven leadership experience managing multicultural teams of 5+ members
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and lean manufacturing principles
- Proficient in data analysis for operational KPI monitoring and reporting
- Problem-solving skills with ability to make decisions under pressure
