Tanggung Jawab
- Facilitate real-time Mandarin-Indonesian translation for equipment maintenance discussions and technical meetings
- Translate manufacturing manuals, safety protocols, and equipment specifications between languages
- Coordinate communication between Mandarin-speaking engineers and local production teams
- Support equipment troubleshooting and process optimization through accurate linguistic mediation
- Assist in onboarding Mandarin-speaking personnel by providing language and cultural guidance
- Prepare bilingual reports for equipment performance, maintenance schedules, and operational updates
- Act as primary liaison for Mandarin-speaking suppliers and vendors during equipment procurement
Kualifikasi
- Native or fluent Mandarin language proficiency (both written and spoken)
- Strong Indonesian language skills for effective workplace communication
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
- Basic knowledge of mechanical equipment and manufacturing processes
- Excellent translation skills for technical documentation and operational procedures
- Proficiency in office software (MS Office Suite) for documentation tasks
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to navigate cross-cultural workplace dynamics
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced manufacturing settings
