Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate end-to-end freight forwarding operations for Mandarin-speaking clients
- Translate and manage logistics documentation between Mandarin and English

- Monitor shipment tracking and provide proactive client updates

Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) and business-level English
- Minimum 2 years in freight forwarding or logistics operations
- Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and INCOTERMS
- Proficiency in logistics management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent problem-solving skills for operational disruptions
- Cultural awareness of Chinese business practices and etiquette
