Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and analyze daily operational data reports to identify performance trends.
- Act as the primary bridge for communications between local operations and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
- Support the operations team in troubleshooting issues and optimizing workflow processes.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting systems to ensure data integrity.
- Prepare regular presentations and performance summaries for management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to drive service quality and operational consistency.
- Provide administrative and operational support to streamline daily business activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Data Science, or a related field.
- Professional fluency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) is mandatory.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and data visualization tools.
- 1-3 years of experience in operations, administration, or data reporting roles.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data into business insights.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a high-growth environment.
