Tanggung Jawab
- Manage financial records, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger operations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and budget reports in compliance with Indonesian accounting standards
- Process payroll and employee benefits documentation
- Communicate with Chinese-speaking vendors, partners, and parents regarding financial matters
- Assist in audits and ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Generate financial reports for school management and external stakeholders
- Maintain organized financial documentation and implement process improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from accredited institution
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in education sector
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and GAAP principles
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and Mandarin
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification preferred
