Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Mandarin and English-speaking clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, managing executive calendars, and coordinating appointments.
  • Prepare, translate, and proofread business correspondence and official documents in both languages.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries with a high level of professionalism.
  • Support the HR and finance departments with basic record-keeping, invoicing, and reporting.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure the workspace remains organized and efficient.

Kualifikasi

  • High proficiency in both spoken and written Mandarin and English; knowledge of additional dialects is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and modern office equipment.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize daily tasks effectively.
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.
