Tanggung Jawab
- Provide bilingual Mandarin-English administrative support for daily office operations
- Assist with HR functions including recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee documentation
- Handle accounting tasks such as invoice processing, expense reports, and financial record maintenance
- Support operational activities including data management, reporting, and process optimization
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure effective communication and project support
- Manage office logistics, scheduling, and correspondence in both languages
- Act as primary Mandarin liaison for client communications and cross-departmental coordination
Kualifikasi
- Native or fluent Mandarin speaker with professional English proficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in administrative, HR, or operational support roles
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and accounting software (SAP, QuickBooks)
- Experience with technical documentation and cross-functional collaboration
