Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare monthly financial statements and regulatory compliance reports
- Conduct financial analysis and variance reporting to support operational decisions
- Liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients, vendors, and partners for financial transactions
- Oversee budgeting processes and forecast accuracy for logistics operations
- Ensure adherence to Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial workflows
- Maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/ACCA certification preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial accounting or audit
- Native or professional-level Mandarin language proficiency (written and spoken)
- Expertise in Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in logistics or supply chain finance is highly advantageous
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
