Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the school's programs and events.
- Manage social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, WeChat) with content in Mandarin and English.
- Create and curate engaging content including articles, videos, and graphics.
- Plan and coordinate school events such as open houses, workshops, and community outreach.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand customer needs.
- Collaborate with academic staff to develop promotional materials for curricula and activities.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and prepare reports.
- Maintain consistent brand identity across all communication channels.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Fluency in Mandarin (both written and spoken) and English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in education or a multicultural setting.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, social media platforms).
- Excellent content creation skills (copywriting, photography, video editing).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
