Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise HR operations and ensure compliance with company policies and Indonesian labor regulations
- Facilitate communication between Mandarin-speaking employees and management
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and maintain a positive work environment
- Oversee recruitment processes, including interviewing and selecting qualified candidates
- Manage employee records, documentation, and HR administration
- Implement and monitor training programs for employee development
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
- Collaborate with management to develop HR strategies aligned with company goals
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in both Mandarin and Indonesian languages (written and spoken)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR supervision or management
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in HR management software and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
