Zhongtsing New Energy is seeking a highly skilled Mandarin Translator to bridge communication gaps between Mandarin-speaking expatriates and Indonesian local teams in our mining and construction operations. As a critical cultural liaison, you'll facilitate seamless collaboration across language barriers while ensuring technical accuracy in high-stakes industrial environments. This role requires exceptional linguistic proficiency combined with industry-specific knowledge to support project execution, safety protocols, and stakeholder relations in our Sulawesi operations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Translate spoken and written communications between Mandarin and Indonesian with technical accuracy
- Facilitate real-time interpretation during construction site inspections and operational meetings
- Translate technical documents including safety manuals, equipment specifications, and project plans
- Act as cultural liaison to address communication challenges between expatriate and local teams
- Support onboarding and training of Mandarin-speaking personnel through language assistance
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive operational communications
- Coordinate with department heads to identify translation priorities and deadlines
Kualifikasi
- Native-level fluency in Mandarin and Indonesian with exceptional written and verbal skills
- Minimum 2 years of professional translation/interpretation experience in mining or construction
- Certification in technical translation or interpretation (e.g., CATTI, NAATI) preferred
- Deep understanding of mining terminology, construction processes, and safety protocols
- Ability to work in multicultural environments with cross-cultural sensitivity
- Proficient in CAT tools (Computer-Assisted Translation) and digital documentation systems
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in high-pressure situations
