Tanggung Jawab
- Translate documents, communications, and materials from Mandarin to Indonesian and vice versa with high accuracy
- Facilitate effective communication between expatriate staff and local employees during meetings, discussions, and daily operations
- Provide simultaneous or consecutive interpretation during business meetings, presentations, and training sessions
- Assist managerial team in understanding cultural nuances and business practices relevant to Chinese-Indonesian relations
- Translate written materials including contracts, emails, reports, and other business documents
- Support cross-cultural training initiatives to enhance team collaboration and understanding
- Maintain glossaries of terminology to ensure consistency in translations across the organization
- Perform additional translation-related tasks as required by business needs
Kualifikasi
- Native or fluent proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and Indonesian languages
- Bachelor's degree in Translation Studies, Linguistics, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of professional translation or interpretation experience
- Strong understanding of business terminology in both languages
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
- Proficiency with translation tools and software
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in translations
