Join Simgroup as a Mandarin Translator and become a vital bridge between Mandarin-speaking clients and our Indonesian operations. We're seeking a language professional to facilitate accurate communication across business documents, meetings, and client interactions. This contract position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while supporting our international business growth. As part of our administrative support team, you'll ensure seamless cross-cultural communication and contribute to our company's global outreach initiatives.
Tanggung Jawab
- Translate business documents, contracts, and communications from Mandarin to Indonesian and vice versa
- Provide real-time interpretation during client meetings, conferences, and negotiations
- Maintain accurate terminology databases for consistent translations across projects
- Review and edit translated materials for cultural appropriateness and linguistic accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Mandarin-speaking client needs
- Prepare bilingual presentation materials and documentation
- Ensure confidentiality and data security of all translated materials
Kualifikasi
- Native-level fluency in Mandarin and Indonesian (both written and spoken)
- Professional certification in translation or interpretation (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business translation or interpretation
- Strong attention to detail with ability to maintain accuracy under pressure
- Proficiency in CAT tools and translation management software
- Excellent cultural awareness and business etiquette knowledge
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
