Your expertise will directly support our construction projects, client negotiations, and internal communications, enabling our Jakarta-based team to deliver exceptional service to Mandarin-speaking partners across Southeast Asia. Tanggung Jawab
- Translate technical documents, contracts, and project specifications from Mandarin to Indonesian and vice versa
- Provide real-time interpretation during client meetings, site inspections, and negotiations
- Develop and maintain industry-specific terminology glossaries for construction and business contexts
- Proofread and edit translated materials to ensure cultural and contextual accuracy
- Collaborate with project managers to support Mandarin-speaking client communications
- Facilitate cross-cultural training for staff on Mandarin business etiquette
- Manage translation workflow to meet tight project deadlines
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or related field
- Native-level Mandarin proficiency with professional certification (e.g., CATTI)
- Minimum 3 years of translation experience in construction or technical industries
- Expertise in written and spoken Indonesian with business fluency
- Proficiency in CAT tools (Trados, MemoQ) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle complex technical terminology
- Experience in cross-cultural business communication within Indonesia
