Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-quality consecutive and simultaneous interpretation between Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia for daily meetings and site operations.
- Translate technical documents, operational manuals, safety protocols, and official correspondence from Mandarin to Indonesian/English and vice versa.
- Facilitate effective communication between expatriate management and local employees to ensure project objectives are met.
- Assist in administrative tasks and document control within the office and production site.
- Support the HR and HSE departments in delivering training and briefings to the workforce in both languages.
- Act as a cultural liaison to bridge communication gaps and foster a harmonious working environment.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive company information and strategic discussions.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum HSK Level 5 or equivalent proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (Speaking, Listening, Reading, and Writing).
- Bachelor’s degree in Chinese Language, Literature, Business, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a translator or interpreter, preferably in a mining or manufacturing setting.
- Excellent command of Bahasa Indonesia (native or near-native) and good proficiency in English.
- Willingness to be based at the site in Morowali, Central Sulawesi.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Resilience and ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
