Tanggung Jawab
- Translate technical documents, contracts, and communications from Mandarin to Indonesian and vice versa
- Provide simultaneous interpretation during meetings, negotiations, and site visits
- Assist in preparing bilingual training materials for operational procedures
- Facilitate cross-cultural communication between Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and local teams
- Ensure accuracy and cultural appropriateness of all translated materials
- Maintain terminology glossaries specific to aluminum manufacturing processes
- Support international business development through linguistic assistance
Kualifikasi
- Native or bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and Indonesian languages
- Minimum 2 years professional translation/interpretation experience
- Strong understanding of industrial terminology, preferably in manufacturing/metals sector
- Certification in translation or linguistics (preferred but not required)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
- Proficiency in CAT tools and translation software
- Cultural sensitivity and adaptability in business contexts
