Tanggung Jawab
- Translate Mandarin-to-Indonesian and Indonesian-to-Mandarin business communications, documents, and presentations
- Facilitate real-time interpretation during meetings, negotiations, and operational briefings
- Maintain translation glossaries and ensure terminology consistency across corporate materials
- Review and edit translated content for cultural appropriateness and technical accuracy
- Support cross-departmental coordination through precise language support
- Handle confidential documents and maintain strict confidentiality protocols
- Collaborate with international teams to resolve language barriers in daily operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Native-level fluency in Mandarin and Indonesian with professional certification preferred
- Minimum 2 years of corporate translation experience in business/technical contexts
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both languages
- Proficiency in CAT tools (Trados, MemoQ) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail with ability to maintain accuracy under pressure
- Cultural awareness and understanding of business etiquette in both regions
