You will be responsible for translating critical documents, emails, and presentations while maintaining linguistic accuracy and cultural nuance. Additionally, you'll manage executive calendars, prepare detailed reports, and ensure smooth operational flow through effective bilingual coordination. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide real-time interpretation during internal meetings, client presentations, and external communications between Mandarin and Indonesian
- Translate business documents, contracts, emails, and marketing materials with precision and cultural sensitivity
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate appointments, and prioritize scheduling for senior management
- Prepare comprehensive reports, meeting minutes, and documentation in both languages
- Facilitate cross-cultural communication between Mandarin-speaking partners and Indonesian teams
- Support business negotiations and international conference calls with professional interpretation
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies in all communications
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Mandarin and Indonesian with native-level proficiency in both written and spoken forms
- Proven experience as a professional translator/interpreter (minimum 2 years preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in translation and documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CAT tools (Computer-Assisted Translation)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Professional certification in translation/interpretation is highly desirable
