Tanggung Jawab
- Translate documents, emails, and communications between Mandarin and English with cultural precision
- Proofread and edit translated materials to ensure grammatical accuracy and contextual relevance
- Maintain terminology glossaries and style guides for consistent brand messaging
- Provide real-time interpretation during meetings, conferences, and client interactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliverables
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols and handle sensitive information securely

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years professional Mandarin-English translation experience
- Native or near-native proficiency in Mandarin and English (written/spoken)
- Proficiency in CAT tools (Trados, MemoQ) and translation management systems
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong grammatical and stylistic skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Cultural understanding of Mandarin-speaking regions and business etiquette
- Professional certification in translation (e.g., ATA, NAATI) preferred
