Tanggung Jawab
- Provide real-time interpretation during high-stakes business meetings, negotiations, and presentations
- Translate technical manuals, legal documents, and marketing materials from Mandarin to Indonesian and vice versa
- Ensure cultural accuracy and context preservation in all translations
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information and documents
- Develop and maintain specialized terminology glossaries for technical and business contexts
- Coordinate with international teams to synchronize communication strategies
- Proofread and edit translated materials to ensure grammatical accuracy and brand consistency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years professional translation/interpretation experience
- Native-level proficiency in Mandarin and Indonesian (written/spoken)
- Proven experience with technical document translation in manufacturing or engineering
- Certification in translation (e.g., NAATI, CATTI) preferred
- Advanced proficiency in CAT tools and translation management systems
- Strong understanding of Chinese business etiquette and cultural nuances
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
