Tanggung Jawab
- Translate technical documents, contracts, and communications from Mandarin to Indonesian and vice versa
- Provide real-time interpretation during meetings, negotiations, and site inspections
- Develop and maintain specialized glossaries for mechanical/electrical terminology
- Ensure cultural and contextual accuracy in all translated materials
- Coordinate with engineering teams to resolve language barriers in project documentation
- Proofread and edit translated content for consistency and precision
- Support cross-departmental communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of professional Mandarin-to-Indonesian translation experience
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) with native-level Indonesian
- Familiarity with technical terminology in mechanical/electrical engineering
- Proficiency in CAT tools and translation management software
- Strong attention to detail with ability to maintain consistency in complex documents
- Cultural sensitivity and understanding of business etiquette in both regions
