Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately translate documents, emails, and communications from Mandarin to Indonesian/English and vice versa
- Maintain linguistic precision while adapting translations to cultural and business contexts
- Facilitate real-time interpretation during meetings and conference calls
- Support coordination between Mandarin-speaking management and local teams
- Review and validate translated materials for consistency and accuracy
- Collaborate with departments to understand translation requirements
- Manage translation timelines and deliverables efficiently
Kualifikasi
- Native or fluent proficiency in Mandarin (written and spoken)
- Advanced proficiency in Indonesian and English languages
- Proven experience in professional translation/interpretation
- Strong attention to detail and cultural awareness
- Ability to handle confidential materials with discretion
- Proficiency in CAT tools (Computer-Assisted Translation)
- Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or related field
