Join PT Dali Foods Indonesia as a Mandarin Translator and play a pivotal role in bridging communication gaps between our Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and Indonesian operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Translate business documents, contracts, and communications from Mandarin to Indonesian and vice versa
- Provide administrative support including scheduling, correspondence, and documentation management
- Facilitate cross-cultural communication between Mandarin-speaking staff/clients and Indonesian teams
- Maintain translation databases and ensure consistent terminology across materials
- Coordinate with HR department for Mandarin-speaking onboarding processes
- Assist in preparing bilingual presentations and meeting materials
- Monitor and update translation glossaries for industry-specific terminology
Kualifikasi
- Native or bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and Indonesian (written and spoken)
- Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of professional translation experience
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in CAT tools (Trados, MemoQ) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Cultural understanding of both Chinese and Indonesian business practices
