Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately translate spoken Mandarin to Indonesian and vice versa during business negotiations and client meetings
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure linguistic alignment in project communications
- Facilitate real-time interpretation for executive discussions and stakeholder engagements
- Translate official documents, contracts, and correspondence while maintaining confidentiality
- Develop and maintain terminology databases for consistent language usage
- Support onboarding of Mandarin-speaking partners through orientation materials
- Act as cultural liaison to bridge communication gaps between international teams
Kualifikasi
- Native-level fluency in Mandarin and Indonesian with professional certification (e.g., NAATI, ATA)
- Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of professional translation/interpretation experience
- Deep understanding of Indonesian and Chinese business etiquette and cultural nuances
- Proficiency in CAT tools (SDL Trados, MemoQ) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional active listening and note-taking abilities during high-pressure discussions
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive business information
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial sector preferred
