Tanggung Jawab
- Translate documents, contracts, and communications between Mandarin and Indonesian with high accuracy
- Facilitate real-time interpretation during meetings, negotiations, and client interactions
- Coordinate between Mandarin-speaking vendors/partners and Indonesian operational teams
- Ensure cultural appropriateness and contextual accuracy in all translations
- Maintain terminology databases and translation glossaries for consistency
- Support customer service teams by resolving Mandarin-language inquiries
- Review and edit translated materials for quality assurance
Kualifikasi
- Native Mandarin speaker with professional Indonesian fluency
- Minimum 2 years of translation experience in business/e-commerce contexts
- Night shift availability with flexible scheduling
- Proficiency in CAT tools (Trados, MemoQ) and translation management systems
- Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages
- Attention to detail with ability to handle complex technical terminology
- Cross-cultural communication experience preferred
