Tanggung Jawab
- Translate written documents from Mandarin to Indonesian and vice versa with high accuracy
- Provide consecutive interpretation for meetings, negotiations, and client communications
- Develop and maintain specialized terminology glossaries for industry-specific terms
- Review and edit translated materials to ensure consistency and cultural appropriateness
- Assist in onboarding Mandarin-speaking staff through translation support
- Coordinate with external translation vendors when needed
- Prepare bilingual presentations and training materials
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Mandarin (native or equivalent) and advanced Indonesian proficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years professional translation/interpretation experience
- Deep understanding of Chinese and Indonesian business culture
- Exceptional attention to detail and precision in language work
- Proficiency in CAT tools (SDL Trados, MemoQ) preferred
- Ability to handle confidential materials with discretion
