Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately translate educational documents, training materials, and communications between Mandarin and Indonesian
- Facilitate real-time interpretation during meetings, workshops, and client interactions
- Develop and maintain specialized terminology glossaries for educational contexts
- Proofread and edit translated content to ensure linguistic accuracy and cultural appropriateness
- Support cross-cultural training initiatives for staff and stakeholders
- Collaborate with curriculum developers to adapt Mandarin materials for Indonesian audiences
- Act as primary language liaison between international partners and local teams
Kualifikasi
- Native or bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and Indonesian (written and spoken)
- Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years professional translation/interpretation experience
- Strong cultural awareness and sensitivity in educational contexts
- Exceptional attention to detail and grammatical precision
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
- Proficiency with CAT tools and translation software
- Experience in education or child development sector advantageous
